I have never really felt cold at MOELC cuz there's no aircons and even if there is, our madame usually turns it off quite early. But today's investigation stuff sort of freaked me out because the story they planned out was quite real, and solving clues for 1 hr sort of made me believed in it >< (how loser can i get my gosh). hey but it proves that our profs have murderous sides. hahahhax. (i bet that's what they want to do with students most of the time...)
So the 1 hr game started with us reading a passage on the crime scene and what happend one dark, saturday night. lol. then we had to solve crossword puzzles, pictograms, codes and stuff to pick up clues and find out the murderer from the 8 suspects. After that we were supposed to go to AVA room and listen to fake testimonials and pose questions to two 'real' suspects who are our dearest profs. (and they purposely switched gender so Monsieur.became the Mme and our Mme became a M. -.-) Main objective: to practise our oral, listening, comprehension and writing skills all at the same time. I'm a bit amazed by their creativity. That proves how hard learning is for students nowadays in their eyes.
I think the part that really freaked me out was one clue sentence: "keep on looking for clues, the murderer has a good reason for doing it" and then towards the end of the lesson our talk with our prof-cum-suspect was pretty... um.. well-developed. She talked like so fluently and really pretended to know so much about the hatred going on between the murderer and Mme D, and described the body a bit, recounted the relationship and history between the murderer and the murdered, and even hinted at an affair betwwen Mme D's husband and the murderer. They are really imaginative at this man. and the worst part is to piece all this together and figure out a proper way that someone can actually get murdered during a black out, and trying to find out how come the body ended up where it was when it was not actually the 1st scene of crime. Honestly it was kind of like planning a murder yourself (i think yj love this though)
But i guess it was still rather fun (: ha. so dont come near me next time, especially when i'm irritated. hehe.
haiz... why did the telephone have to ring at this point of time? freaked me out again....
